Pros: I think it is arguably the best located hotel in HMC. The rooms were large, clean and well serviced and had the biggest bed that I have seen.

Pros: This hotel is nice enough and has a fantastic location. We had just stayed in Singapore earlier in the week and thought there was no comparison. If you really want to spoil yourself- try the Park Hyatt right across the street. Everything was good- just not amazing. I might also try New World Hotel or the new Intercontinental. The location for both New World and Intercontinental aren't as good but the Intercontinental is brand new and may have higher standards. I believe the New World is foreign owned and managed.

Pros: We had a "grand suite" ; 100sq m of 1st class accommodation - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge area. Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel . All the staff from the doormen to the waiters could not have been more helpful; always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast choice was top notch, catering for Asian and Western tastes. The hotel also serves lunch and dinner which we enjoyed immensely, with main courses from about £3 to £12 and there are buffets on the 12th floor of the new wing with superb city views. Good length outdoor pool, inexpensive bars and a small "casino", which I didn't use so can't comment on. 7 nights with most meals for 3 (+ up to 4 guests) + extras = $2000. Full marks all round.

Pros: Luxury at an amazing low cost. The hotel is newly built so you don't have to worry about bugs and broken furniture. It is situated in District 1, one street down from the tourist street, short cab ride to Ben Thanh Market and Cathedral. The entire staff was friendly, from getting out of our cab upon arrival to checking in, etc. We never went to the bank to exchange money, the hotel provided excellent exchange rates. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was glorious with the surrounding windows and light. The gym was okay.

Pros: Excellent 5 star hotel with a very French feel about it. Great views of the river from our room but not all rooms have this view. The room was spaceous and exteemly comfortable but the bathroom didn't have a separate shower compartment. You had to shower in the bath. The staff were very helpful and all spoke good English. Excellent breakfast buffet but because it's mostly outdoor seating this is limited if it's raining. Walking distance to most of the city landmarks and some great shopping right outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

Pros: I found the hotel to be one of the best I've stayed at. The check in process was simple and quick (and ready 15 minutes after I made the booking online). The room was well maintained and the staff courtious and attentive. I would have no hesitation booking with this establishment again. Food service was excellent

Pros: It was well located within the city, just next to a 24 hour mart. The facilities were decent, and the bed was comfortable.

Pros: Very easy to get around HCMC and are right in the middle of all of the sites. We had such a comfortable stay. The staff were very willing to accommodate changes. In fact, we were able to check-out at 7pm as our flight was 9.30pm. The spa was great, had a massage each day.

Pros: Fantastic location near Ben Than market and easy walking distance to Reunification Palace and War museum. Shopping malls close by. Staff very attentive and look after you very well. Hotel contemporary, in good condition and excellent value for a city break. Buffet breakfast very good and changed daily. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and would certainly use it again. Swimming pool is an oasis after the frenetic pace of the city.
