Pros (+) The room was clean - the beds were comfortable. The staff was quite personable. We were visiting family and the location was perfect for us; we will definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Not a lot of choices for breakfast - waffles, cereal or not very good bakery.

Cons (-) Entering the correct date on my inquiry did not translate to a correct check in date at the hotel. I arrived and was treated like I had oozing leprosy by the odd and very unfriendly clerk. There was a bunch of construction debris in the parking lot, and the view was a weedy lot and some type of industrial storage area.
