Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast, especially when served on the rooftop terrace with its stunning views, received high marks for variety and quality. Many guests highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, noting positive experiences with both reception and dining personnel. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews mentioning tidy rooms and fresh amenities. However, some guests were dissatisfied with the small room sizes, occasional noise from the tram, and issues with bathroom ventilation or maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially for first-time visitors and those valuing location and service.
