It was good but n it to the same standard as London to Singapore
Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

On time, organized boarding, good food and entertainment-plane was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and updated.

The plane was old so the entertainment system was difficult to operate. The crew did advise earlier. The plane was landed and parked away from the gates, which added 20+ mins to the overall arrival
Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
Very good!! If at all, the business class chair/bed was bit small!! It’s because of older plane- as was told!
The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours

The taxi drivers are very rude. Didn’t wait. They said you come in 5minutes or I leave. Did not leave any messages on front desk and they left. We have to hire new cabs in turkey.
Great except we ended up leaving almost an hour later than we were supposed to( didn’t start boarding till an hour after it was supposed to start. Crew was great, seats could be better.
Everything was good except for the seating arrangements. We could not get seats to be seated together with my wife. We’re unfortunately.
My first time in business class The in flt staff was outstanding in every aspect of service, the food was amazing, the business seat space made the 11 hour journey easy peazy
Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
Flight Singapore - Istanbul was perfect. Flight Istanbul - Sao Paolo - Buenos Aires was really good but there was a big delay in Sao Paolo (Brazil) due to a problem with the ground staff and not related to Turkish Airline. Overall a very good and solid experience
The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.
This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore
The plane cleanness, punctuality and crew attention was great. The airline is offering free fast wifi on the flight, however apparently without much policy on the use. Quite a few passengers felt the liberty to watch shorts or other content without headphones from their devices as well as talking for long durations over phone calls. This made a 4-hour, fully booked flight somehow difficult to bear.
The boarding was truly bizarre. The staff did not know about the fast pass biometrics and I had to block the line digging out my passport. Then when we got to the aero bridge, we could not board and instead were lined up in 3 lines for 10 minutes before we could actually step on the plane. The last 3 rows in the middle on the 797-9 do not have overhead lockers and the side lockers were all filled with crew bags and spare paper cups. The whole ground experience at Doha airport was strange. Staff seemed to be mainly decorative and were not very competent, but they were pleasant.
Flight departed punctually on time. Unfortunately it seems because the destination airport is a secondary airport the airline sees it fit to operate a plane with lower comfort and offerings. There was no inflight entertainment, wifi or let alone a screen to at least track flight status for remaining flight time.
I wish I knew in advance that the connecting flight was by indigo air
I appreciated the vailability of wheelchair services for persons with mobility issues all the way up to the aircraft. What could be better would be the food choices.
Excellent service. The personal adaptation of menus and the individual timing of service of them is fantastic.
The American/Hollywood movies in the entertainment system lack english subtitles, they tend to have only arabic subtitles. Coupled with the low quality airplane earphones and cabin noise, it sometimes is difficult to follow the movie dialogues.
Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.
Very bad. We booked 8 months in advance for 2 people but couldn’t get seats together. Food was so bad I couldn’t even eat.
This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.
The flight from NY to Bangalore was very good but the return flight from Bahrain to NY was mediocre
Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.
The Senior Flight attendant was just amazing on our Flight GF 284 on 30/11/25. She was so attentive, helpful and caring not just to us but to all in our cabin.
Loading was on time and quick Not very many people
Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

This itineray had to be cancelled as the connection time in Paris was only 55 min which is below the 90 min required by Paris airport. Nether Chat deal/Kayak, nor Gulf air nor American Air picked on that. I called American Air for unrelated question was then told that boarding would be denied due to the short connection time. This should have been an automatic notification from Chat deal/ Kayak or Gulf air and itinery cancelled. What is the point of inconveniencing the passenger?? The return has still not be refunded. Shame on Gulf Air, very poor customer service for an airline that has so good flight crew!
