Pros (+) The grounds were maintained in excellent condition. You really felt like you were in paradise. Pools were clean and comfortable. Not crowded sitting by the pool, and good drink service. Cute souvenir shops. Good check-in experience for a large group thanks to the separate Hilton Honors desk.
Cons (-) Very dated looking building. Room amenities were a bit lacking (e.g. the rest of Thailand seems to have bidet toilets, but not here). Restaurants for dinner were nice, with good food, but quite overpriced. Hilton was very disappointing for booking an airport transfer. I received information by email only the day before my arrival.
