Cons: Definite time of boarding we were 20-25 minutes late for departure

Cons: They doubled my flight cost with one checked bag, served no complimentary food or drink, and couldn't speak English. They also didn't give me an immigration form which delayed me and caused problems at the airport. Chairs uncomfortable, overhead announcements unintelligible, no entertainment available whatsoever even if you're willing to pay, pretty bad overall.

Pros: For a budget airline, it's good. The plane is clean and the seats themselves are pretty comfortable.

Cons: They have an extreme lack of communication with their ticketed passengers in terms of flight delays and boarding procedure.

Cons: Not enough leg room in regular seats and hot seats were all gone! Luckily only 2of 3 seats occupied so I sat sideways.no entertainment.

Pros: Love the width of the seat, the free 30kg luggage allowance and food. All provided without extra cost.

Pros: Check in and boarding we're both quick and easy. There were unsold exit row seats on our flight and the flight attendants lets us change seats. The in flight meals were quite tasty.

Cons: The beverage options were limited and mostly consisted of different flavors of fruit soda. The flight attendants sprayed the cabin with a strange aerosol before landing. Trash was not collected during the flight.

Cons: Allow enough time between flights first of all. I almost missed my flight from Jakarta to Bali. It took me 20 hours. It was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end in every aspect of the word nightmare. Never again.

Cons: Automated check-in is a pain for a family. There's really no room for your legs (I'm 1.8m and no chance I don't touch the next seat) - esp for old people not to recommend as definitely not healthy to be that squeezed. Worse than any other low cost carried from a space perspective.

Pros: There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that.

Cons: Flight crew’s attitude. The fact that there was no overhead space and the crew didn’t Check additional bags. Had to stove the bags u def the seat and there was no room to stretch my legs. The flight crew had the most pathetic attitude and was rude beyond imagination.
