Pros: there was a mix up with my online booking (which was not really the hotels fault) nevertheless the hotel staff made me feel at ease and they were very generous to upgrade our stay when the booking got sorted. The staff really made the experience for me. i am fortunate enough in my work to stay in many hotels around the country, many have great amenities and are in great locations but few make you feel so welcome.
