Toliet was back feeding from the washroom machine room, causing the toliet to bubble outside of the toliet and leaving hair and other items from the wash machine. Maintenance explained this is a known issue and the front desk personel ignored me when I was explaining this room shouldn't be used.

Pros (+) The shuttle is very convenient.
Cons (-) The staff was bribing everyone with free drinks to write trip advisor reviews. Had random gratuity charge added to my bill which I requested to be removed.

Pros (+) Pool was great (look out for the resident iguana's), hotel was very clean, and a nice bar and "food truck" for dining.
Cons (-) If I had to complain, the doors didn't seal well
