Pros (+) Quiet area and had very good staff. Good location.
Cons (-) If they put a little money into the place it could be a good place to stay. Example, longer neck on bathroom sink because you could barely get your hands under the faucet. Also a brighter light over the bathroom sink would be nice. Also,the bathroom fan didn't work, and a On/Off button was missing on A/C-Heater. The carpet was way out dated and dirty behind and under bed and desk.
