Just next to the beach, nice pool and villas, calm place, the massage ladies are fantastic!
Most of the staff (everyone but one lady who isn't always there) speaks English....it makes everything very tricky!
The room was clean and good. The pool was lovely. That's about it.
It really lacked ambience. A smile would have made a big difference. The front desk staff person was intimidating.
The pool was very good
The room was not good for the price. The bathroom sink was leaking, the bathroom door was rotting, just seems like the room needs a major overall. The beach was okay to walk on but not to swim in as it has a lot of very big rocks.
Only pro about the hotel was the beach, very run down area
AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever booked to stay in, we paid nearly 400 pounds for 5 nights here after paying 500 to stay in a 5 star beautiful hotel in phucket days before for the same amount of time. This hotel doesn’t even warrant a 2 star and you could stay in nicer hostels for 80 quid!! when we arrived we got pointed to a shack that had a sliding window and was covered in clutter and mess as we sat and waited to be checked in a member of staff brought out an old dead sweating chicken caucus that had flies attracting to it on the table next to us, we were then told we had to wait an hour as the room needed to be cleaned...two hours we sat at the resteraunt and we were not even greeted or offered a drink no one acknowledged us and yet it stated on our booking reference that we would be given a welcome drink, after sitting for so long we decided to go and ask them what was happening they told us the room was ready and they had took our luggage there without even letting us know, we paid for a deluxe room it was a dirty old fashioned dated room that smelt the sink was leaking and there was a massive puddle of water beneath it, the light fixture and wires were hanging off above the bed and the towels they were using as door matts were dirty and stained ALREADY witch they then charged us 500 baht for one a complete lie that we made them dirty and two in every other hotel not even 5kg of washing cost 400 baht!!!! The most worrying part of it all was next door opened there door and a lady by accident came in to our room there was an a-joining door to the next room from both sides that you couldn’t lock !!!!! My boyfriend went down to explain this all to the “larger” lady at reception who then suddenly pretended she couldn’t understand what we were saying we checked out there and then I tried to explain the sink was leaking and that it needed to be looked at but again she pretended she didn’t understand. They agreed via booking .
The real price was less than a half charged from booking . I don’t know exactly what happened. But I don’t recommend book by the website. Check by yourself directly with the hotel. Hotel is really simple, don’t match wirhe
