Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near Kodai Lake, with many appreciating the proximity to attractions and the convenience of parking for several cars. The staff are often described as friendly, polite, and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms neat and well-maintained, while others mention issues like torn bedsheets and inadequate cleaning. Service quality also varies, with positive remarks about hospitality but complaints about limited hot water, slow response times, and inconsistent room service. Parking availability is noted as both a benefit and a challenge, depending on the time and crowd. Breakfast is mentioned positively in some reviews, though not universally. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and staff, but could improve on amenities, cleanliness, and service consistency.
