Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near shopping malls and public transport, making it convenient for travel and leisure. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dated interiors, stained carpets, and occasional mold in bathrooms. While the breakfast receives mixed feedback, the overall value for money and ease of access are seen as positives. Some guests note that the hotel is older and could benefit from refurbishment, but it is generally well maintained.

Pros (+) Polite staff, free parking, convenient location
Cons (-) I arrived late at night and was put in a room which wasn't made up. This shouldn't have happened but they put me in a new upgraded room once I made a complaint. Also the hotel is quite dated, esp the elevators and common areas
