Cons (-) My only issue with this hotel/resort is the cleanliness. Upon our arrival, first thing I look at is how clean the hotel is, that’s what matters most to me. After a quick inspection of the place to kind of see if everything works properly, we found the living room sofa had unknown white stains on it, we had to cover it up with a huge blanket to even sit on it. Pros (+) The pool grounds were nice. You could tell they take care of the upkeep for that area. As well, the bar staff was super friendly.
Cons (-) Overall dissapointed with my stay. When I checked in it was smooth, but I had to wait till 5 pm to check into my room. After check in, I was harassed about not wanting to buy a timeshare. I tried to use the Business center and the fax and printer machine was not working. When I tried asking for assistance. No one could assist me.
