Location was great
Our toilet broke twice while we were there. First time I requested a new room to avoid this. They sent technicians up to fix it and they did fix it... but it did the same thing again the next night at 1am. Techs dame up and ended up replacing a part. I would have preferred to just move rooms the first time, but the customer service re said they have to have a tech come up and check it out first... she probably thought I was lying and trying to get an upgraded room. lol and the rooms we stayed in and got a complimentary upgrade in at check in, didn’t have mini fridges... I thought most places had that in Vegas
Location ...but it was a double edged sword.. Loud because of its location to Fremont st
Noise reduction at an earlier time
All staff was helpful and courteous. We had a great time!
Everything was wonderful. If I had to complain about anything, I would say that there was some street noise until quite late, but the hotel couldn't help that.
Cleanliness and quietness
A tub would have been nice.
The location is perfect for a couple of days in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel pool was nice though it does need shade and it should stay open past 7 PM.
The showers seem to have mildew. The carpets turned to the bottoms of my white socks nearly black. In the past year it seems that housekeeping does not do as attentive a job as my last visit. They were hand and butt imprints on the window from the last guest.
Loved the king bed and sofa suite; loved the location; loved the coffee stop just off the elevators in the casino. Loved easy access to the hotel from Fremont Street.
I didn't know there was a fitness center or business center to print my boarding pass. They should promote that more.
Very noisy on Fremont. Hall smelled like pot quite often but that was not hotel fault. They dealt promptly without us even having to mention it
The casino is right on Fremont Street.
The rooms are dated and lacking in standard creature comforts most hotels provide. I.e. bedside outlets/Usb ports, refrigerator, coffee pot, hairdryer or bottled water.
Loved being on Freemont street. Location was great. Big clean room. Felt very new.
My room was above a music stage, so sleeping anytime before 1am was impossible; but this is Vegas, so who wants to sleep before 1am? Other than the noise, not much to critique.
The staff was friendly and helpful
The accomodation sure were awful! The Hotel Room was in very, very poor condition and not clean properly.
The bathroom was nicely renovated. Andiamos steakhouse was amazing.
Don't get a room with a view of Freemont St. It was very loud well into the night. Also the hotel changed our reservation. We had booked a king room and the put us in a double bed room and wouldn't fix it
Location, right on Fremont Street but valet your car. Self parking at the hotel is a joke.
Valet your car. Self parking at the hotel is a joke and a mess.
The location on Fremont Street is ideal. We watched the zip-liners from our hotel window. The night lights were beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Never an unkind word or attitude here. Will stay here again. Thanks.
Nothing to dislike.
The Fitz is inexpensive and in the heart of the downtown Fremont St Experience. The hotel may look a little dated, but the staff are always friendly and helpful and are just really good people. They always take really good care of us...this was our 4th stay at the Fitz. We plan to stay here every time we come back to Vegas.
The free breakfast in the cafe is really not very good at all. All the rest of the food is great at the Fitz, but the free plate is really sad and not very appetizing.
Location and value
The valet staff was constantly using the elevators to the parking garage and seemed to be an inconvenience to the guests.
Great location with good price and enviroment , on the heart of Fremont Street and with easy transport to Strip 24h.
Everyone went out of their way to make us enjoy our stay...Early check in to late check out! You guys are the tops! We will be back again and again!
It was Superb
Located on Fremont Street where everything is happening.
I have stayed many times at the Fitzgerald. Service was good, only complaint was the wait for the elevator. Sometimes it took 5 minutes or longer to get a car.
We were amazed that EVERYONE of the staff was sooo... friendly. That was a nice change from some of the other places we've stayed.
It was noisy. Something with the air-conditioner. Don't know if the people above or below turned there's on but whatever it was it was VERY noisy. Our AC shook like crazy and made a horrible noise. Did that a couple times in the middle of the night and shook us right out of bed!
