only stayed a night. was good for a quick place to rest. then move on.
The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We were lucky enough to be greeted by the adorable Pomeranian who lives there. We had a little bit of a problem with the radiator in our room but the staff was so quick in sorting out a solution.
The room had a little bit of wear and tear and there was no hand soap but in all honesty, those are really minor issues which didn't really impact much on our stay there.
Staff were very polite and helpful
Cant say anything bad about it. Was excellent
The room had a mini fridge. The place is what you'd expect to get for the price in London. We stayed one night and left early the next morning after coming in late the night before. It certainly wasn't the worst experience we could've had. If you're on a budget and not bothered by anything I've mentioned, this is actually not a bad place to stay. There are several bus stops right outside/around the corner, it's ~15min by bus from Hammersmith station.
We were at the top level (several, narrow flights of stairs!) and there's no elevator. The concierge did bring up my suitcase for me though. We didn't have breakfast. The walls are EXTREMELY thin, you'll be hearing everyone on the stairs and the people in the room next door. No hand soap in the bathroom, so better bring your own. We found an old, used towel behind the headboard of one of the beds, which leaves me to think that they don't really check the rooms beyond changing sheets. Despite being on the top floor, my friend felt uncomfortable taking a shower since the window is right opposite the shower stall. (She didn't shower in the end.) The bathroom door was a sliding door, I don't remember if it even locked.
Spacious room with lovely shower.
