Noisy as hell; insufficient staff; better value 4
Close walk to the tourist trap and zoo that is Senando Square. I like the fact that it is located in a real neighborhood where locals live instead of the fake Disney-like casino areas.
Noisy and rude mainlanders (what's new?) made would be an enjoyable experience horrible. Had to call front desk twice to get them to tell them to shut up. First time I called it didn't seem to work. Second time I got someone who couldn't speak English unlike the previous guy. Had to go downstairs and muster up my limited Chinese to tell him what is going on. He told them to be quiet but they continued afterwards. This place needs to always have someone on duty who can speak English and Chinese!
Situated in the historical district, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Yuet Tung Ferry Terminal and Leal Senado. Ruins of St. Paul's Cathedral and Museum of Macau are also within 15 minutes.
