Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near key attractions, the airport, and public transport, making it ideal for short stays or layovers. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, old bedding, and bathrooms with mold or poor maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting helpful and friendly staff, while others report unprofessional or dishonest behavior. Bed comfort and bathroom conditions are frequently criticized, with mentions of hard beds, poor pillows, and bathrooms that are either unclean or in need of renovation. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, room comfort, and bathroom facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
