Pros (+) The shuttle was fast and convenient. The driver was friendly and helpful. Fast check in. Clean room. Fresh linen.

Pros (+) Staff helped with a nonrefundable third party booking when inbound flight was delayed. Didn't arrive in time to stay on the prepaid date. P. Line. Com was inflexible, but staff comped a room at a later date reasoning they'd already been paid for a room that was never occupied. How awesome. What a relief for a weary traveler.
