The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.
I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale
There was a certain guy in American Airlines his name is AAROON who tried to charged me for 246 dollars so I can fly from Dallas to DJT Palm Beach International Airport ; wherein it is not my fault why the flight is delayed so why do I need to pay ? I insisted my rights and told me to contact the company who booked me. But upon taking to Japan Airlines people they said upon checking I don’t have to pay additionally. So please check your people who does so things like this to passengers.
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
main courses of the primary meal were not good- the beef dish was really not good-
I paid for premium and it’s wasn’t what I was told I would be getting. Food wasn’t good. Should be able to pick and not be served items you dislike. Very little leg room.
Their in0flight movie selection is limited in size and poor in quality.
Everything was great, except the Wifi, but that's understandable.

The best way to travel a long intercontinental flight. Staff are kind, polite and welcoming. Passengers experience a comfortable low stress environment, Customers feel they are well cared for by a highly trained and professional staff. I will shout from the rooftops when I get back home, "Japan Air is the way to go!"
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)

Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
The meat-and-rice combination was a good idea, but the food could use some improvement. The meat looked a bit mushy and almost like ground meat, which wasn’t very appetizing, and the flavor was just average. Other than that, everything else was great.
It is too long a flight to not have free access to internet. Should not charge. Should be some hours free.
Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.

My original flight was canceled the day before due to mechanical issues. I had to rebook and spend $129 for a night at the airport Comfort Inn.
Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak

My return flight experience was one of the worst times I have had traveling anywhere this year. Not because of the flight. It was because there was not enough time allocated to deplane, go through U.S. Customs and U.S. Security to get to the gate for the connecting flight to Boston which I missed, There was well less than an hour between my landing in Montreal from Prince Edward Island to my connecting gate. I even called Air Canada on the morning of my return and noted my concern over the short layover time, not more that 45 minutes. The initial flight was four minutes late. I was seated in the rear of the first aircraft, and it took at least 20 minutes to deplane. The U.S. Customs was a considerable distance from the gate at which we landed. The need for double security seemed unnecessary and redundant. The distance from the security to my gate was again fairly great, and the wrong gate number was listed on my boarding pass. The agent I approached at the flight that was going to Newark, New Jersey was too busy to answer my question as to what gate was for Boston. When I got to the right gate, they had just closed the door to the aircraft even though I arrived a minute late. If I knew the distance to Customs and from Security to the gate, I would have asked for a seat on the next available flight which was 4:30 pm. When I made my call at 6:00AM that morning. When I asked the agent at the Boston gate, he said that the 4:30 flight was already “OVERBOOKED!” I was put on an 8:30 PM flight and didn’t get home until MIDNIGHT. I then had to care for a barnful of hungry animals and didn’t get to bed until 2:00 AM.
I paid for a comfort class seat and was seated in economy.

Crew was friendly and helpful; cabin seemed roomy even in economy class.
The flight was delayed but at least they let us know early about it (the night before)! Everything after that was smooth!
Air Canada was on schedule, fast, and took care of me the whole flight. With affordable price, I 100% recommend you fly Air Canada if you are able to.
