Very helpful people. Very peaceful in spite of the noise and activity outside. Very well funished and a beautiful courtyard where breakfast is taken Loved my stay here.
Being in the market area was a little daunting to begin, but also made you feel that this was the authentic Marrakech.
Hassan made everything comfortable. He was willing to carry luggage, show directions, make special food at special times, encouraged me to return to visit and use the pool the day after I checked out as I had friends staying there. The location was great for getting a taxi or walking on the inside or outside of the riad gate.
All good. No glitz but good value. And if it’s hot you can take a dip in the pool which I used like a cold jacuzzi.
The place was beautiful with traditional decoration. The yard with the pool was an ideal place to relax and drink tea when you come back to the riad and the staff was always kind and willing to help with everything. Also, the breakfast was very nice and complete as a meal.
I loved the Riad. It was so beautiful and tranquil. The swimming pool is a lovely addition. Hassan was absolutely lovely as was the other guy working there whose name I couldn't remember, but he was so sweet! They were so helpful and welcoming and kind. The communication with the Riad was very easy in terms of airport transfer.
In terms of location it's about 20 mins walk to Jema El Fna. At night it can feel a little nerve wracking walking. But if you're not looking to be in the centre of things, then the location is perfect as it's so quiet!
We liked the decor and place in general. The staff was also friendly and nice.
It was about a 20 minute walk from the Medina which got to be far for us.
