The location was ideal. The on-site restaurant was nice to have for a busy day. My room was perfect for a solo traveler: compact but had everything I needed. The staff were really nice.
I had to choose between sleeping with a bit of light or sleeping in a warm room. Having the curtains open helped circulate the air in the room and keep it cooler. But There was a light just outside the window that let a lot of light in.
Location is the best, you are few blocks from restaurants, museums, bars, historic buildings, el Zocalo, la Catedral, Bellas Artes, etc, you are at the Centro Historico.
My reservation was not respected, they gave me a more expensive room, A noisy water pump was working from 9:30pm to 10:30pm, rooms are not dark at night, bathroom is too small, bathroom sink is over the toilet, is a not smoking facility but room smells smoky. They left some clening stuff in my room, after goin out for the afternoon when I got back the key did not work.
Nice and easy, great stay!
mattress were very hard and uncontable
The location to the Zócalo was perfect. Having a restaurant on site was convenient
The bedding was quite firm, especially the pillows
