Pros: Best hostel I have ever been, the bed was so comfy and the room is super clean. The atmosphere common area in the first floor was superb and big. The location is perfect, many restaurants nearby and the hostel is in front of the subway station. I used to eat my breakfast in the cafe next to it, taste good too. 100/100 . Pros: It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the Metro Taganskaya . Is a nice hotel with excellent food and service and stuff. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose in the big menu , etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. Big thanks for ALL STUFF

Cons: On check out it took 1.5 hours to wait for some laundry from housekeeping. Almost no language skills at reception. Had to use google. They then booked a taxi from their friend ( not a taxi firm) . He didn't know the way. I missed my return flight.

Pros: The room size is about right size. The building has elevators. Housekeepers came everyday, but the towel was not changed everyday (not sure why). The staffs and housekeepers were very nice and friendly even we spoke different languages (Thanks to Google Translate). Shampoo and soap were provided. The shared room (on the 3rd floor) was equipped with free washing machines, a dish washer, and a microwave; it's so convenient. The location was not bad; about 5-min walk to the metro. There were few supermarkets nearby; the good one was "BILLA" super market. Recommended this place to enjoy your stay. They did visa registration for free for foreigners. Another big plus ;)

The staffs and housekeepers were very nice and friendly even we spoke different languages (Thanks to Google Translate). Shampoo and soap were provided. The shared room (on the 3rd floor) was equipped with free washing machines, a dish washer, and a microwave; it's so convenient. The location was not bad; about 5-min walk to the metro. There were few supermarkets nearby; the good one was "BILLA" super market. Recommended this place to enjoy your stay. They did visa registration for free for foreigners. Another big plus ;)
Cons: Towels not changed everyday, but that's not a big deal for me. The room can be easily dusty if you open the window. This might be because there's train station nearby. The private shower room was a bit small for 6 feet person.

Pros: All according to expectations. 2* hotel in the 2 and 3 floor of a huge apartment complex. Outside the second ring. Easy reach by metro, no possible to walk to Moscow Center. Good Internet.
Cons: Walls are thing, you can hear your neighbors.

Cons: Nobody at the hotel speaks English and you can’t get any information regarding your stay or Moscow beside what you have read while making the reservation. The room that we booked is called The standard 4 beds BUT in the room there were only three single beds and one pullout chair, so it definitely is not STANDARD for 4 people. They say that you can pay either cash or card when you book your room but when you get there, you can only pay cash. Overall, information the hotel gives here you are not true.

Cons: The receptionist is terrible. I know that Russian people don't smile that often and they can look indifferent, but this woman was just rude. I asked her to change the towels in a polite manners (in my own way). I said "Excuse me" in Russian and tried to talk to her with smile. But the receptionist woman just kept saying "Google, translate. Google, translate", frowning its sh*tty face. I don't know what makes her think she can make that kind of face toward a customer. That woman was the worst person I've ever encountered in Russia. You will have a big chance of ruining your day in this hotel if you don't speak Russian. And also, smoking is prohibited in this hotel, but I could smell cigarette through restroom. Like all the time.
