The location is extremely convenient and walkable to stores and to Patriots point. They have two nice swings facing a little pond, where I sat and had my coffee in the morning. The room was adequate, the furniture was a bit dinged up. I wish I had chosen the room that included a coffee pot, as my less expensive room required me going down to the office for my morning coffee, which I didn’t realize when I reserved it. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. It was a reasonable price which worked fine for a short business trip.

Pros:It's worth it to spend a little more for a premium room. triple pillows per bed ranging soft medium & firm. In-room coffee maker, iron with ironing board also. The Staff was Very Nice & Friendly. Great Location just around the corner from downtown Charleston and Isle of Palms.

Cons:A lot of truckers and Mecican laborers They were cooking out most of the evening on grills in the parking lot. They were smoking hams and the smoke was overwhelming in such a confined area. This hotel caters mainly to laborers and business travelers

Pros:We stayed here for one night. Decided to stay here mainly because of price and we were only going to be there for about 12 hours. Everything was fine. Had we been staying for a longer period of time, we would likely have picked elsewhere but for a 1-2 night stay where we didn't plan on being in the room much, this place worked great.

Cons:The last two times we stayed the room was missing the TV remote, but both times the staff brought it right away.

Pros:The location is great, right outside of Charleston with easy access to/from. The room had upgrades for a better "look" but was a basic room that suited a 1-2 night stay.
Cons:A mini-fridge would have been nice and the pool looked like it needed scrubbing but we weren't there for the pool anyway.
