The front desk personnel were not very nice when I checked in. My digital check-in wasn’t working. The woman was unnecessarily curt. Stood out as different from most hotels’ personnel.

Pros (+) Room was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were great. Service staff in the restaurant were extremely customer service oriented. Really over the top to provide an enjoyable experience

Cons (-) No one volunteered to help with bags at check in or checkout. Other guest patrons were noisy and no attempt by staff to quell the situation. No complimentary breakfast.
