Space room, front desk not responsive

Pros: The room was spacy

Cons: The front desk put me on hold for 7 minutes, come back and ask to put me on hold again. I hung up. Front desk absent for 5-10 on check out at 450am. Front desk needs to be retrained

Quiet and Good Value

Pros: There is no noise from outside creeping in or from people in the hallways. The bed is very comfortable. The price is right.

Cons: Food selection at breakfast is very limited. No other meals are available at the property and it is inconvenient to find a restaurant nearby. Parking fees are high.

Pros: Overall the hotel was beautiful. The room was very spacious and neat. My stay was very pleasant.

Cons: The jacuzzi was out of order and the pool water appeared to be dirty. I didn't like that you have to pay for parking if you booked a room and that you only have 1 hour of free parking.

My stay at springhill suites was everything i need

Pros: Everything, microwave and fridge were available without extra charge, relaxing atmosphere and i felt safe in the environment.

Cons: No dislikes here.

A pleasant surprise.

Pros: Upon arrival we found a spacious room which was very clean and updated furniture with comfortable double beds. Microwave and mini fridge were included as well as free parking. The free breakfast was nothing fancy but was adequate and got the job done. I was happy to find my favorite Kashi cereal, but the coffee wasn't to my liking. Overall I would definitely book this room again.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Pros: Convenient shuttle to the airport They provided me with take out menus for nearby delivery I ordered delivery from a nearby Italian restaurant and they delivered it right to my hotel room door. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi

Cons: There is no bar or restaurant in this hotel you have to walk down a road where there is no sidewalk to get to the Courtyard Marriot which is a short walk but 2 doors down to get to the food and bar. Menu and bar is extremely small.

Service was stellar, staff were friendly, attentive and just on-point

Pros: Service was top-notch, from the concierge, the shuttle drivers, housekeeping, all staff was sincere in making your stay most comfortable, also generally seemed happy to work which makes for good vibes all around. Very convenient shuttle service to Newark airport. Pretty good breakfast.

Cons: No bar (kind of a drag for most adults), soda machines were not stocked and were also faulty, location is not the best since there's not much around but is close to the airport.

Pros: The pillows were amazing! Most comfortable pillows ever. Room clean, simple, functional, roomy. There's a shuttle that picks you up at airport and takes you to the airport.
