Pros (+) Everything was fine, clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Cons (-) Letting guests know that the rooms are cleaned every three days, so if you are staying for two nights, there is no cleaning service. I was aware of this from another Marriott location that I had used recently.

Cons (-) Zero customer service. No effort made to ensure the comfort of the guest. Overall a poor experience all in the name of “COVID-19” and using that as an excuse to cut ALL services and ALL comforts.

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and most of all the staff was incredible. Were always greeted with a smile, some of the staff even knew us by name and always made it a point to say hello when we walked by.
Pros (+) Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the grounds were well kept. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked like it had good selections.
Cons (-) We got a suite with water front view. I think the view was a joke as it looked like a semi-dried up marsh. If you went down a few blocks, it was beautiful. I was a little disappointed with the view as I paid extra for it. The bed was very uncomfortable, my husband and I tossed and turned all night.

Pros (+) Nice facility, friendly staff, comfortable large room. $28 for parking in a non-enclosed lots seemed kinda high, but what can you do. A 3.5-4 star hotel at this rate you really can't complain
Cons (-) $28 for parking a night? Like just hide it in the fee or something because it's just ridiculous. I'd guess that 95% of guests arrive with at least one car.
