Guests consistently praised the hotel's breathtaking views, courteous staff, and high-quality breakfast and dinner offerings. Many found the location peaceful and ideal for relaxation, especially with ocean-view rooms and private onsens. However, some reviews noted cleanliness issues, particularly with mold and the aged condition of certain facilities. Despite these concerns, the overall atmosphere, service, and dining experiences left a positive impression on most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
