Cons:Unkempt staff, scent of wet dog fills lobby and room.
Pros:I had stayed at the Windsir in the Spring and lived the accommodations so much, that staying there again was a give in. The suites are clean and very spacious. We asked for a room with a view, and did they ever deliver! We had a large balcony overlooking the city by the Art Museum. The staff are friendly and very attentive. I called for extra towels, and they were in my room in five minutes. This is the place to stay!
Pros:Booked the room as we (4 adults) were participating in the ACS bike a thon to the shore. Staff was extremely accommodating. They allowed us to check our bags and bikes early so we could get some needed race details sorted. The next morning we were able to retrieve our bikes with ease and get to the race line on time. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean room, great view of city. Room came with small kitchenette and although we didn't use to full extent was an added bonus. The one thing I found surprising was that the windows slide open... Which I liked but found unusual. Perhaps as I booked for 2 adults we were given that room but if I had a child that would cause concern...
Cons:I didn't dislike anything... Just found windows that slide open unusual and should be noted when people reserve in case of children.
Cons:wish there was a free continental breakfast, seems like a lot to pay and not have free breakfast.
Pros:Very friendly staff Great location. We stayed for the Philadelphia Marathon and it was just perfect!! Would definitely stay again.

Pros:Location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a kitchenette, and the room, bedding, etc. was all very comfortable. The rooftop pool was also very nice, and we were able to take a dip in the late afternoon after a hot day of walking.
Cons:The renovations to the lobby weren't complete yet and we had to pay for valet parking, but these didn't impact our stay. We will come back again!
Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, beautiful decor in the lobby as well as in the room. Very clean and beautiful.
Cons:We loved everything.
Pros:Had a small kitchenette with full fridge/freezer. Not far from a trader joe's by walk. Great for extended staying and someone with specific food allergies/requirements.
Cons:Parking fees not mentioned on website. You have no choice but park valet at the hotel and parking fees are $40 a night.
Pros:We loved the in-room amenities, such as the full kitchen with appliances, dishware, cooking utensils, and sink. The view was outstanding, and it was really nice to have parking on-site.
Cons:There was no room service, which was a bummer after a night out. We were able to get delivery, though.
