The hotel needs to be remodeled. Outdated and shabby.
Staff were very friendly. Great breakfast.
The rooms are not soundproof. You are hear everything next door. Difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper.
The bedrooms were a good size, shower hot and good. Pool and sauna area were very nice. Breakfast was v good.
I specifically chose this hotel because it had a gym. It was awful- all the equipment was broken and useless. Hotel room smelt musky and damp. Good menus was limited and average. Travel desk offered limited help. Location is half way to the falls and in the middle of nowhere. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again would rather stay in town - more accessible and better value for money.
great place to stay and I particilarly enjoyed wandering around the Indian reservation opposite. The Guarani people seemed gentle, although how they live may seem like a bit of a culture shock to some. It wsa very easy to get the bus right outside the hotel to the waterfalls. Breakfast filled me up all day!
I needed to train while I was there and the gym equipment could do with some updating but the spa was good.
This hotel is located on the main road leading toward the Argentine entrance to Iguazu National Park so the location was great. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel is designed so all rooms face away from the road and overlook the expansive property which is very tranquil.
The hotel is in extreme need of updating. The carpets in the hallways are old and spotted and there is a very noticeable mildew/mold smell in the air.
