Pros (+) Service At el Pilon restaurant was great
Cons (-) No hotwater, rooms were not maintained properly. A/C was leaking all over floor..called customer care 3 times and noone Came to fix the problem..bathtub over flow do to clogg.. rooms in poor condition...

Pros (+) We loved the entertainment team, the service was amazing. Everyone was respectful and they made us feel at home. The shows they had every night were amazing, and very professional.
Cons (-) There wasn't wifi everywhere, and the wifi in the lobby wasn't great. It limits is from contacting our family outside of the resort.
