Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praise the hotel's excellent location near public transport and Manhattan, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds. Many mention good value for the price. However, there are repeated complaints about issues with service, such as unhelpful or unfriendly staff, problems with payment and receipts, and some confusion at check-in. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and comfort stand out, but service could be improved.
