Breakfast was excellent although we would have preferred to have it a bit later 8.30 when on holiday is early! Location very central. Room a delight. Paul was a great host.
On the second day we were out and when we arrived back around 5 we were told there was no hot water due to a fault and it would not be repaired until next day. Although this was an inconvenience especially having been out all day we thought ah well. Paul gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. However there was no hot water even the next day and we were checking out to go into Queenstown, There was no way it would be repaired. This was a dilemma. We are disappointed that we were not offered a rebate of sorts as a bottle of wine is not much especially as it went on until next day and we had to leave still un showered. I'm sure he would have had insurance for this but we have been left having paid in full for a poor experience.
Great host, great location very clean and comfortable place to stay and the breakfast was beautiful.
Perfect absolutely gorgeous
Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful owner.
It would have enjoyed it even more if the cottage was slightly bigger.
Amazing views, warm comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Paul was very welcoming and helpful, fantastic
