This modern Millennium Hotel Paris Chales De Gaulle is situated just north of Paris and offers convenient access to the international Charles de Gaulle Airport, and to many different road and rail transport links.
Very bad wifi.Pros: Bathroom had a lot of light. Just wish the room had some of this light. Room and bathroom good size.Cons: WiFi very bad! Almost unusable. Probably more comfortable beds in prison! No temp. controls in room. Room was very hot! Dirty carpets everywhere. Room was dark even with all lights on.
Pros: The bartender that night was great.
The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful.
The shower was nice.
It's close to CDG.Cons: I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out.
Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot.
Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.)
This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Cons: Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
Old decor, but the essential coforts and requiremePros: While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed.Cons: I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
Pros: Good quality hotel with good location close to airport. The Shuttle service was a bonus and worked well.Cons: Although the room was clean, the room had a smell of smoke which was quite unpleasant.
Cons: Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
