Santiago hotels near Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center

Cons: We spend new years eve there and there was no service at all in the hotel for that afternoon and nigth... Not even a glass of water.

Cons: The gym and pool were small, and too cold to swim in.

Cons: Hard bed and even harder pillows. A noisy AC unit that will not cool down the room in a summer month. Mold in the bathroom walls (between the tiles), inconsistent water pressure (so be aware of hot/cold surprises when showering) The room furniture was not designed for the size of the room (or it looked like) Only one small closet (similar to an individual room) for a cuádruple room (equivalent to two rooms) and no drawers or any other place where to place your stuff.

Cons: Bathrooms in poor repair, Shower was in a awkward position, flooded when used in all but one spot. broken tiles, looked old and not so clean.

Cons: Very noisy hotel .Walls and doors are paper thin. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on the first floor , you will hear the lobby front door slamming all the time , people talking in the front desk ,people chatting in the hallway and the traffic outside .
