Hotel was fine. Location was perfect for cruise. Problem is with Kayak and Traveleuro. I had to check out one day early due to a medical issue. The hotel said they would refund one night but Kayak and Traveleuro refuse to cooperate. Will not book travel through them again.

Very nice hotel on the water. A great and friendly staff. Central point for a lot of major attractions/events within Greater Seattle. The rooms on the water are quite breathtaking and it was nice that there was a fireplace in the room.

Pros (+) Loved going to large room off lobby to have a very relaxing experience seeing the water and mountains at the same time. Was with my sister and we were able to visit Pike Street Market and the downtown several times (even in light rain) because of the hotel van amenity.
Cons (-) was hard to get ride to ferry using the hotel van as it was on the hour schedule.

Pros (+) Easy walking access to pike place and downtown Seattle Beautiful lobby Great place to sit and watch the water Very romantic Cozy bed Good food from room service Also loved the little convienence store in the lobby!
Cons (-) Staff wasn't super helpful, but I'm thinking that was mostly because it was the holidays and it was pretty busy The hotel cleaning staff kept on changing the shower head to the one we didn't like and we had to keep changing it back. That was just a little weird. Wish our room had a tub. Thin walls.

Cons (-) Our water view room had a piece of dock equipment (mobile people gangway or something) partially obstructing of our water view.

Pros (+) This is a beautiful hotel on the water. The rooms are immaculate. The staff always helpful. The restaurant was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
