very nice location, smrt and bus accessible, orchard road is nearby and so with the other malls and sights. note that there are underpasses to make walking and crossing easier and faster. reasonably priced, clean, helpful staffs and was really a very good place to rest and recharge after a day of sight seeing.
Pros:Amazing breakfast.

Pros:We loved the views from the 28th floor, plus the Queen beds are super comfortable and everything in the rooms is well thought out. The staff were always helpful and friendly, the facilities were always clean. The restaurant provided very good breakfast buffets and really tasty dinners, too. And the location is hard to beat - one short block from everything Orchard Road has to offer!
Cons:We only had two items that weren’t so hot. First, as everyone else says, the rooms are TINY. How small is tiny? Perhaps 10 ft x 10 ft with a Queen bed in the middle. Tiny. Two slender people cannot pass each other without touching, possibly cannot pass each other at all if you’re carrying any weight. TINY. That said, the bathroom feels luxuriously large by comparison! The second negative was that any hote so big and so full will naturally have a lot of people moving around at any given time. That means the lobby is always full, the elevators are always full, the dining room is always full...definitely worth eating at non-standard hours to avoid the rush.
Pros:Great location. Comfortable bed. Cool robots that deliver water and towels to room.
Cons:Small rooms. Cold windy pool.
Pros:Room was a little small but has everything I need as a single traveller! Great location to shops & transportation. Will stay again.
