Location, location, location. Confirm that they allow air conditioning and what limits they set on the temperature. I found several locations that set limits to no lower than 73°. Wow this is so comfortable. The air does not circulate once the temperature outside gets lower. Also, if they plan on you using the windows, what floor might you be on might be an issue especially if you’re on a first floor or shared balcony.
