Cons (-) After many advance discussions with the staff about my flight arrival and shuttle availability, I was left outside for an hour in the cold and dark in the early morning hours unsure whether a shuttle was coming. Pros (+) We liked the front desk staff. Very attentive and polite. The room was clean and worked for the few hours we were there (sleeping). Room service was quite overpriced for what we got but it was decent food.
Cons (-) The shuttle from airport to hotel was confusing and difficult to locate. Make sure to be clear on where they will pick you up. They didn't stop at. Oth locationa for us so We waited for over an hour but when it finally arrived it was fine.
