Pros (+) The rooms were modern and very comfortable. Air-con, fridge, flat screen. Very clean. Not much else going on at the guesthouse, but it is very close to the go-to bars and restaurants in new town (across the street. 7-11 also. Cons (-) I liked everything, but if you're looking for something with more of a backpacker social vibe, maybe try one of the places across the way (near the Chopper Bar). Pai Guesthouse seemed like nice joint.
