7.9 Good
Pros: Not long way from Sukhothai historie park
Cons: mosquito in room to much for me
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is near the old town and all the historical sites. The hotel rents bikes making it really convenient to travel around town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room. Great buffet breakfast. One of the best in my trip.
Cons: Old bikes in poor shape - and they cost almost twice as much as the ones for rent in town. They did get new bikes our last day there. The shower had only two settings - cold and scalding. The pool was a walk down a dirt road. Not in the complex
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was available and kind, the pool was great and very clean, the room was large enough and enjoyable. Bicycle rental is available from the reception. I definitely recommend.
Cons: While close to the old city, the hotel is pretty far from shops and restaurants making you call a cab, rent a bike or walk in the dark for a while.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive staff Good price Nice swimming pool! Good buffet breakfast
Cons: Just a bit out of town so you have to walk or take a bicycle
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very freindly Location good
Cons: No restaurant on site Room was good but expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionists are very kind and helpful, they are full of service minds. The location is good. The house is nice decorated with Thai local style and the room is very clean. I will stay here again if I come to Sukhothai next time. And I recommend this place.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is really beautiful. We had the best massage ever from the therapists, as we are my friend and I therapists too. The room was big and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, we had free bike to visit the historical park. It was wonderful, thank you so much for everything!
Cons: We had to wait to check in because we arrived in advance. And there was a staff party so everything was closing at 5pm and we were staying only one night so we couldn’t enjoy all the facilities. We had to take a bike and go to the 7eleven to buy some food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The suite is spacious and has a beautiful view. Probably the best value for price in 2-weeks travelling luxury hotels in Thailand
Cons: The food is OK, but not great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Calm atmosphere Charming and well trained staff Fantastic pool and garden Decor of room traditional and beautiful Food of great quality and well presented
Cons: Having to leave !
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Smiling staff, a comfy bed room, and a large toilet.
Cons: Attention to detail could be better. Most rooms for example had yellow warm lights, ours had white lights which ruin the atmosphere. This may be pernickity but these small things are what differentiate a 10/10 from a 9/10.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was definitely the highlight, together with the beautiful sunsets we enjoyed during our stay at the hotel. Perfect for a couple of days to relax and enjoy just the sound of nature.
Cons: Our room had a strange smell, maybe time to review the piping?
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything - the place itself if nicely decorated with Sukhothai architecture feel. Common area is lush and green just like in the little park with pool overlook the rice field. Room is sparkling clean. We have room on second floor with balcony- watching sunset from balcony is priceless. Location is unbeatable - only 1.8 km from Historic park and the Trapang Thong where famous of morning alms ceremony. We sure stay here again when we back to Sukhothai.
Cons: None. Though - this hotel price is a bit more than other hotels in Sukhothai but the quality trades is matched. Spa might be a bit expensive to average spa price in sukhothai. But it trade with facility and ambiance from hotel

Pros: Is it worth to try it also as a restaurant
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, very nice design, very friendly staff, helpful with organizing things. The hotel is located in new Sukhothai, 5 min walk to the public bus that takes you for only 30 Baht to the old town. Very convenient and works very well. No taxi needed. A food market is close by as well. As well as a great bakery. If you happen to be there on a Saturday you definitely have to go in the evening to the street food market in the parallel street.
Cons: Everything was excellent value for the money. Only minus, if there were, breakfast has minimal choices and you need to decide the time you want to eat the day before. Otherwise, we really recommend this place.

Pros: We were a group of 7 people and each of us was pleasantly surprised by this place. All rooms were clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The location of the hostel is practically in the center so everything is close. We could mention a lot of positive things but most of all we would like to thank the friendly staff of the hostel and in particular lady Ms Kawinpak Sukprasit who was very kind and nice. She helped us in all matters related to accommodation and organized transport to Sukhothai for which we thank you so much!

Pros: The staff went above and beyond and saved me from a disaster. I accidentally left my Passport in the taxi the day before I was scheduled to leave. They went to the security cameras, identified the taxi, called the company and my Passport was returned in 30 minutes
Cons: Nothing

Pros: This is a very 3-4 star property near the old town. Very cozy design appropriate for a stay in Sukhothai. Each room is a bit different. Nice little pool. Had bikes for free.
Cons: Minor maintenance issues (lights, repainting) and slightly understaffed. Nobody could operate the coffee machine.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: the facilities need renovation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location, breakfast
Cons: parking
5.5 Okay
Pros: Good location, free bikes, nice property. After notifying the staff that the room smelled awfully, we got another one the next day. But the smell was the same.
Cons: Mega bad smell in the rooms. Not worth the price for the state of the room. Desperately needs renovation. Apart from the room, it is a great stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, we arrived 2030hrs and first thing staff asked is do we require dinner as the restaurant last order is 2100hrs. So the reception immediately checked us in and we went straight for dinner. This is some great service whereby the staff shows their care and concerns for guests like us which checked in late. Also we booked 2 rooms for 5 but we ended up have an upgrade of 3 rooms with no extra charges. Breakfast and restaurant food are good, room is clean and nice, wifi is strong all around the resort, decent swimming pool. Bicycle rent for free. Short distance to Sukhothai Historic Park, walkable but cycle will be fine. Staff helped us book a tutuk to bring us (5 people) for a 4 hours tour around the Historical Park both inside and outside for THB 1000. We also had a oil massage at the resort spa which is alright.
Cons: Mosquitoes. Bar menu limited.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, The staff is very friendly.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: the bed was on some sort of socle wich made it difficult to go in/ out of the bed.

6.3 Good
Cons: Nobody at night in the desk
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Tasty and very good breakfast. Good room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We wanted to stay in the new city and its very close to the bus stop for the old city. Its self sufficient and nice , with enough room for two. It was convenient that they had bike we could rent from the place.. little on the pricey side as its not rented out for 24hrs. Food could have been better but to be fair we only had one breakfast. The room has a fridge which is a good touch. and loads of small places to eat nearby. ATMs , pharmacy and 7-11 are all on the main road, very close. They arrange for a drop to the main bus terminal for 70baht by tuk tuk. (30 baht/person if u take the mini bus from the main road and its about 2km to walk.)
Cons: Its sorta a task to reach from Phitsanouk railways station - a tuk tuk, a bus and another tuk tuk or a mini bus to the main road near the house. But it would be the same for any place u stay in sukhotai. its not the place's fault. Food could be better, also, if you don't inform the at night (which they might not remind you of) you don't get breakfast in the morning unfortunately.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean and frendly
Cons: The bed was Wery hard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best hotel I have stayed in in Thailand. It was clean, well maintained, had hot water, the air conditioning was quiet and efficient, the staff very friendly and helpful despite having limited English. Oh...and the bedding was so, so soft, it was wonderful! We opted for the local breakfast options which were fabulous (although one is rather on the hot side so avoid this one if heat isn’t your thing. The other was like fried rice with chicken and was also delicious. Sukhothai is split into the old and the new City separated by some 12km. This hotel is situated in the new part and is close to the night market, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a bus that runs every 20 minutes between the old and the new parts and is cheap at B30 / 75p each way, although we opted for the motorcycle which allowed us greater flexibility. I’ll be surprised if many people have any negative feedback here as the staff went out of their way to ensure you were happy. Would I use this hotel again...ABSOLUTELY
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super chilled and nice staff, clean and very spacious room with an enormous bed and great shower...all at the best price in town. They have a small cantina to buy stuff, and they’re close to a convenience store and the bus that goes into the Historical Park. Decent amount of free parking on premises, and 200b scooter rentals are very reasonably priced. Loved it!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super nice. Felt more like being at home than in a guesthouse. They have a little canteen that sells coffee, snacks, and beer....all at super low prices. So I'd just walk up the hall, chat with the staff, grab a beer and get back to work in my room. And that room was also pretty nice. Simple. But super spacious, a GREAT bed -- big and comfortable, a shower with good water pressure, it was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were modern and very comfortable. Air-con, fridge, flat screen. Very clean. Not much else going on at the guesthouse, but it is very close to the go-to bars and restaurants in new town (across the street. 7-11 also. They rent motorbikes on site, and it's about a 10-15 minute to Sukhothai Park where the ruins are located. The lady running the joint was extremely pleasant, even after we made a bit too much noise one night. Never felt pressured into anything, never felt like we were in trouble. She was also very helpful, despite the slight language barrier. She knows enough English to be proficient in assisting her guests. For the price we paid there, could not be happier. Definitely stay here if your looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Cons: I liked everything, but if you're looking for something with more of a backpacker social vibe, maybe try one of the places across the way (near the Chopper Bar). Pai Guesthouse seemed like nice joint.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast with fruit, muesli and yogurth
Cons: The bed is too hard and in the room more light

The room was clean with a big bed and the included breakfast was very nice! It's definitely not a party hostel, but a place where you can recharge you battery, or of course go to the Loy Krathong festival like we did. This place really feels like being at home.

Pros: Rooms a big and quiet. Swimming pool is a nice thing to have if you care for it.
Cons: It was supposed to be a "very good breakfast", and that is why decided to stay there. However, the very good breakfast accounted for two eggs, two sanwich bread loafs and one slice of ham... For half that price you get many better options. We felt misguided.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very large room with traditional Thai wood furniture. Wonderfully large and very comfortable bed. owner and staff were very helpful. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff (they helped us with booking our bus tickets f.e.), nice room, good facilities (like bike rental), but most of all the owner has the best cooking skills of entire Thailand in our opinion.
7.9 Good
Pros: We really enjoyed the sounds of nature and the style of the bamboo huts. The location is also great if you hire bikes from the owners and cycle around the site (some free ruins nearby) and also to the central historical park. Owners were helpful in getting us a tuk tuk on check out to the win tour bus station in old Sukhothai.
Cons: Perhaps better value for money in hostels/guesthouses on the Main Street of old Sukhothai. Cost of transport from new Sukhothai bus station is expensive to old Sukhothai anyway and this is even more so as it is out the other side (one of the furthest resorts).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bungalow was lovely decorated and very clean. We even had a roomservice. The location is good to visit the park. We liked staying there.
Cons: The stuff/owner was not really there. We had not really a check-in, just someone showed us the room and gave us the key - no informations. The next day we got a information sheet and a welcome drink, which was nice, but bit late. In the restaurant no one was there, like never. So you need to get a bike (which you can rent there) to a restaurant, because the location is nice for the park, but not for food or for going to the busstation.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was closed to the nation park.
Cons: Room and toilet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ideal place to disconnect. Ubication was perfect, surrounded by nature and birds. The cottage super clean and so cute. I loved it. Ming though didn't speak English very well took charge of everything I needed. Around 25 mins walk to town, 15 mins by bike. There is a small shop just in front of the resort.
Cons: Mattress too firm, as usual in thailand. Upgraded to cottage as bamboo hut was too small. I totally recommend the cottages.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location for visiting Sukhothai historical park. Lovely place to stay and had a fantastic Thai massage in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Bed was a little too firm for me but the owner was brilliant and sorted out extra padding straight away.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place and quiet. The hotel is close to the centre of old sukothai, like 15 minutes by walking, and you can walk or take a tuk tuk. Quiet place, nice staff. The bamboo house was clean with towels, water and the bathroom had all the things you neded: soap, creme and hair soap. Good choice if you want to be in a quiet place. You can also rent bikes.
Cons: We want during the lights festival and the price was a little bit high for the country. The room in the bamboo houses, is super nice, but not so big. The bathroom was even more bigger in comparison with the room. Because there is not other place close to the hotel, we had to have the breakfast there and it was, for the price and our opinion, too less food: two fried eggs, bread, watermelon and coffee

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice a typical space , very peace
Cons: No possibility to buy drinks , no water close. No staff speaking English . I didn’t get a correct receipt and I need it for my accounting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff there are kind and friendly.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant across the road Bikes available at the resort.
Cons: Location could have been a little far out, but well within biking distance. Breakfast facilities would have been nice
4.6 Okay
Pros: Room was good
Cons: A lot, No True Taste restaurant or bar on site but still advertised on board outside property see photo, which was main reason for me booking this hotel due to its isolated location. After a long journey from Chaing Mai arriving and late then no facilities was a nightmare and it was too late to book elsewhere. No breakfast availability only strong sweet coffee on offer. Had to use restaurant across the road which was pricey plus we were bitten horrendously by mosquitoes whilst eating there. Also bike hire 350 thb but can get at historical park for 60thb..extortionate. Even though cheap nightly rate definitely not worth the hassle and after using booking .com for last couple of years this was a big big let down.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Quiet location outside the main attraction area. The hut are quite spacious and have a little patio overlooking the garden.
Cons: Room was quite dark and did not have shades to keep mosquitos out. The interior seemed quite dated. They did not have bicycles for rent, so it was a long walk down the main road.
4.6 Okay
Pros: You can easily bike to the old town, the rooms style is really beautiful!
Cons: When you pick this accomodation, you surely expect a simple place and this is fine. Location is good, bedrooms style is nice. Unfortunately it is dirty. Since there's no windows, probably birds got inside and you could find their excrements here and there. The worst however is that noone is able to speak a single word in English so booking a massage or using the laundry service (both things we were planning to do) is literally impossible. Bike rentals is at charge and there's no lock. I guess this bad service was due to the fact that it was low season, but still...
7.9 Good
Pros: Room was great size, big comfy bed. Nice veranda our the front. Staff were helpful. Unable to buy any food/drink on site (inc.water).

Pros: Very clean and nice rooms
Cons: Location, much better to stay at old town
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, that helped us book bus tickets and get to the old city. Clean room. Good breakfast at the café downstairs. 10/15 min walk into the new city for restaurants.
Cons: Our bathroom had a lock on the door, which we didn't have the key for, so had to go to reception to get it unlocked. Sink was smelly due to a drain problem.
7.9 Good
Cons: for soldier only:-), too many NO... not relaxing, sorry
9.6 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: Hosts were really friendly and offered us an arrival drink which was a sweet touch. Clean comfy bed. Bath and hand towels and toiletries. Good air con. A small fridge with freezer compartment which was a real treat!
Cons: The utilisation of the space in the bathroom as the shower was over the toilet but it was clean and warm so we couldnt complain.
6.0 Good

10.0 Excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, beautiful small hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and everything new. Good design. The service was excellent, very nice staff
Cons: It’s in the new city, cheaper but is far away from old city. But if you have a motorbike, it’s perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were a group of 7 people and each of us was pleasantly surprised by this place. All rooms were clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The location of the hostel is practically in the center so everything is close. We could mention a lot of positive things but most of all we would like to thank the friendly staff of the hostel and in particular lady Ms Kawinpak Sukprasit who was very kind and nice. She helped us in all matters related to accommodation and organized transport to Sukhothai for which we thank you so much!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, in the town center. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. The room was big and nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The food in the hotel's restaurant was very nice. Near the bus stop to the Sukhothai Old Town
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Breakfast had not a large choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location The room is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The restaurant has amazing food at very good prices. All the ladies were very helpful. They even prepared us sandwiches we asked for the road and had the tuc tuc waiting for us to bring us to the bus station.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond and saved me from a disaster. I accidentally left my Passport in the taxi the day before I was scheduled to leave. They went to the security cameras, identified the taxi, called the company and my Passport was returned in 30 minutes
Cons: Nothing
