Pros: Every single person we met was nice and helpful.
Cons: We booked our driver to/from HCMC through the hotel, thinking they will have reputable drivers. However, the drivers we had both ways (different people) were very unsafe. Our drivers were passing on left into other lane making the in coming cars have to go into the shoulders to avoid hitting us, and also passing from the shoulder where many scooters were. They would also go way over the speed limit as fast as 160km/hr. We would ask them to slow down several times, but due to either language barrier or not caring, it did not make any difference. We felt nervous and on edge the entire 4 hours each way. Maybe this is the local norm, but when transporting a foreigners that are not used to this way of driving, and as much money as we were paying for the service, we felt that they should drive a bit slower and safer, even if it takes 30 extra minutes. We requested the hotel to arrange a safer driver on the way back, and although he was slightly better than the first, we largely felt the same nervousness and fear for life at some points. Next time, we would make sure to take the sleeper bus.

Pros: Exellent location, very friendly staff. All meals were very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great choice in Mui Ne. It’s more or less the last hotel at one end of the town which makes the beach much more peaceful and secluded. The beach itself is beautiful - powdery sand, warm water and lovely sunsets. We have been to a lot of resort-type hotels in various parts of the world and can honestly say this is the best yet. We had a bungalow room which was far more spacious and comfortable than the photos suggest. The outside shower is lovely and each room has a large patio with two sun loungers -perfect for sundowners. Both the pools are great. The infinity pool is better for swimming lengths and has a great view. The hotel was full when we were there but we always managed to get loungers at the pool or beach. There was little to no early-morning reserving of loungers with towels and bags. As for the restaurant, it surpassed all our expectations. The building itself is lovely, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. We are both vegan and so anticipated problems finding something to eat there. However once we had explained what we couldn’t eat, they were incredibly accommodating and found or adapted lots of dishes we could eat. Note they do have a comprehensive separate vegetarian menu which isn’t available on the website. Everything was served beautifully. Breakfast was similarly impressive with a huge selection of fresh fruit, bread etc and lots of Vietnamese specialities. If you prefer to venture into Mui Ne for some meals, the choice is vast and a taxi will only cost £1-3.50 depending which end of town you head for. The concierge can always magic up a taxi in a couple of minutes! Every member of staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back. 10/10!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the smaller resorts in Vietnam, not that new anymore but all the facilities are in a good and proper condition, very clean, tidy and super helpful and friendly staff. They are very open minded, easy communication and they make every wish come true :-) We felt very comfortable and enjoyed ourself. Also the staff has very good working conditions compared to other vietnamese working contracts. We talked a lot to the staff and had a great time. The spa offers many different treatments for a reasonable price. Private beach wich was very clean. Two pools available and also special deals for hotel guests if you want to make any activities in the area. From watersports to sunset ride to the dunes. Also individual tours. an be booked. They let us stay in the park resort during the day even if we already checked out. Free towels for the beach n pool included. Thank you so much for all the nice little details and your great crew. We definitely would come back again.
Cons: The menue card is quiet big. Vietnamese and western food. Probably too many choices so we think less is more to guarantee a high n fresh quality of food. Overall good food and drinks
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a beach-front cottage and it far surpassed our expectations. The proximity to the beach can be measured in a few short steps, where loungers and parasols invite you to spend the day in this private setting. December weather was dry and pleasantly warm, slightly cooling by night time. The staff were beyond attentive and service remained consistently high throughout the week. All the facilities are kept exceptionally clean. A big feature is the spa, set on the edge of the beach. Prices are reasonable for a hotel and the treatments are wide ranging. We enjoyed our time so much that we’ve already talked about coming back for Christmas 2020, possibly tying in an extension to another Victoria Resort in the north.
Cons: The only small negative is that it’s a good 4hr journey from Ho Chi Minh. Although most beach resorts are a similar distance, some much further.

Pros: This is a gem of a resort! The garden scenery is stunning, the two pools are great as can get the peace and quiet at the adult pool and the beach and sea lovely. I didn’t want to leave. Breakfast is extensive and dinner at the restaurant is delicious.
Cons: Water does not stay hot enough to fill up a bathtub but then again I should be more environmentally friendly.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 5 nights in a beachfront bungalow. Bungalow lovely with a nice patio but no beach view because of fence and garden. There were many things to love about this place and would definitely recommend. - two lovely pools - good breakfast buffet - excellent service and helpful staff - great spa with reasonably priced massage - good price and nice food at restaurant - pool side service for drinks and food - the gardens are absolutely gorgeous and make the resort feel like a relaxing oasis - in a great central location
Cons: The bed was too hard but we found out later that mattress toppers are available. Price of extra bed for our 4 year old was a bit too high.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked that the whole resort is like a botanic garden. The beach access was convenient. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly
Cons: The WIFI was so weak that we couldn't use it. The water stream from the shower was also very weak. The breakfast was as good as buffet food can be.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing! The resort itself from the outside it doesn't look like much, but when you walk into the resort, it's like a mini paradise! There was so much greenery, and just a relaxing experience overall. The staff was also AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff even gave us helpful tips before we went on our jeep tour. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. The best 3 nights of sleep I've had in a while. The spa located in the resort was one of my most favorite places. The massages were decently priced for being in a resort and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Bamboo Village for anyone's next vacation!

4.2 Okay
Pros: Nice beach
Cons: Staff are not very friendly; they requested to keep our passports during our stay but I refused and they took pictures. It’s the first time I come across this kind of request. very few selections for breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to an amazing private. I’ll with a pool. All very comfortable.
Cons: Because it was low season there were not many people, so the restaurant had very little atmosphere in the evenings. Also it was not at all vegetarian friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect and natural so we could just relax and enjoy.
Cons: Nothing really.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, cozy and tranquil hotel. There is a lot of greenery surrounding. The room is spacious and comfy. The swimming is warm and super clean.
Cons: The light in the bath room is a bit gloomy. There is also a water sport shop next to the hotel and their jets are very noisy and released lot of stinky fumes into the sea. You didnt see it but your feet convered by blackened sand when you got back from the beach.

Cons: bedroom was bit small and mattress needs to.be changed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Sailing Club Resort Mui Ne is the perfect hotel. Direct at a beautiful beach. Not too many rooms (and therefore not too many guests). The rich vegetation lets you feel like you are almost alone in the nature. The staff is perfectly trained and super friendly. The restaurant serves great food. Overall it is the best hotel we have ever been to.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean and the overall atmosphere of the resort is very friendly and relaxed! Staff always go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to have the perfect stay. Location was great too and local restaurants are only a short taxi/moped ride away. I can’t wait to return to the sailing club again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: BEST EVER TRAVEL EXPERIENCE - this place is an absolut must see experience. The food, the staff, the drinks, the beach and pool. The GM Nikki is a total rockstar of a GM - she knows people and service. She even fixed our TV and netflix in our room on her own. It is hard to explaine, my wife and I have travelled many places in the world, this place is special. We stayed 12 days and didn´t want to leave. You really have to try this hotel!! Rooms are wonderful but book by the beach, you will not regret it.
Cons: A bit long transfer from the airport.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly, location super close to kite surfing schools, breakfast and food overall were amazing. Room was really nice and room service was frequent but not annoying.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful property and location, lovely food and drinks.
Cons: Nothing much really, but you had to double check your order to make sure the waiter understood you, and sometimes you wished you had triple checked. But always friendly and helpful!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the design of the resort and how attentive the staff was with us. There's everything you need available easily. We took the vietnamese lessons which they offered, where one of the staff members spent an hour with us teaching basics in a very enjoyable way -- thank you! The kitesurfing school associated with the resort was also super nice, took about 4hrs and was a lot of fun!
Cons: I would give more than 2 bottles of 500ml of water in the room, or at least on demand more easily. The breakfast buffet would benefit from some additional cooked vegetarian options. It's amazing nonetheless.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was our second stay at this hotel....it is an Oasis of Luxury and Relaxation. The staff, especially the reception staff do everything to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The breakfast, the swim up bar and food on offer is everything you could wish for....I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff at the Spa were brilliant, especially Mrs Au....thank you for the expert shoulder and arm massages.
Cons: Some staff at the pool restaurant were less attentive during the evening meal...ie the wait for ordering desserts and more drinks was too long...also the lack of free water in the pool area is something that does not meet the standards of similar hotels that I have stayed at.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were big and comfortable! Really nice room with an amazing bathroom! The shower and the bathtub made of tile! Really impressive. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the pool area was great. My roommate loved the breakfast as well! If I’m ever returning to Mui Ne, I will definitely stay here again
Cons: Nothing really! The pool area could become little crowded and you might have to wait for a while till you get a chair next to the pool, but this wasn’t really a problem!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and nice. The location is very good, pool is super nice! Breakfast was very very good with a lot of options. We very much enjoyed that it was quiet, clean and peaceful. We had the dinner on the beach and it was amazing!
Cons: No sure how much the hotel can do about it, but we were very surprised to see plastic and some garbage on the beach and even in the water. (outside the hotel dedicated beach, but quite close)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had one of the most relaxing stays at the Anantara Resort. The facilities were fantastic - the pool, gym, spa and restaurants. In particular the restaurants were extremely accommodating for myself as a Coeliac with a wide variety of gluten free dishes - they also went above and beyond to make GF bread and pancakes. The team at the hotel made our stay so comfortable; Thanh, Trinh, My, Dung and the rest of the team were always ready to help and we were always greeted with a smile. The resort has a wonderful atmosphere with couples and families staying. The pool was a highlight and also the easy access to the clean beach! We would highly recommend the resort if you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay.
Cons: Nothing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Nice hotel + spa Very nice breakfast. The beach in front of the hotel is in good conditions (vs more in North without sands anymore).
Cons: Our first room along the road. Very bad insonorisation, but we could get a change for better room with garden view after complaining.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff friendly and polite
Cons: Comfort could be better (noisy rooms on the street, noisy Russian clients - the hôtel cannot do anything about that last point...)
5.0 Okay
Pros: Villa is ok . quiet & comfofotable.but clean not so good
Cons: Public area ( pool& reastaurant) are too crowded

Pros: The infinity pool, the bar, the big roons
Cons: It was all nice, maybe the breakfast was average
6.3 Good
Pros: Free 30 min massage, clean beach, location, besides our sofa with ugly dirty was stains really clean.
Cons: I booked superior sea view room for our 4 people family: 2xadults and 2 kids; 4 and 1 year old. There was information 1 big bed and sofa bed. We get one big bed and dirty with ugly stain normal sofa not sofa bed, just little space for sleeping even for 5 years old son. When I ask about bedding for him they gave me just pillow ang not covered blanket. I paid about 60 $ more each night for this room then standard room because of one more place to sleeping, 4 nights wot not so comfy. Stuff is no so nice, it can fell they really care about his business, everywhere in room they get worning if you take, lose or break something you have to pay. After midnight they turn off almost all lights and it makes very dark. Even when I turn on light on my balcony in 2 min guard com and turn it off, several times until I cough him and ask why hi did it-strange economy.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable room and good facilities
Cons: Reception staff not warm to guest and impatient in attending to our queries.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff, hotel was pretty new and clean, nice and cozy room.
Cons: Noisy tourists here and there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, very close to the beach, helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: - environmental friendly (natural shampoo, raising Awarness in Regards to reusing towels ect) - rooms where ok, nice spacious bathroom
Cons: - value for money - not existent we have stayed in better hotel for 20bucks per night -beach was so ugly that I didn't bother spending any time there - loud petrol machines fixing stuff from 8 o'clock just at the exact time where everyone was trying to eat lovely breakfast (the horrendous noise lasted till 11 and gave me and my husband a headache - I loved vietnam for their delicious bread but the one provided at the hotel was gummy and not fresh - description of * sea view * sounds good on paper. It is basically pool view with 1 inch of sea near the horizon That was the worst experience with the hotels we had In Vietnam - everything is excluded from the price of the room (if you want to use a hairdryer you need to pay for it) -laundry services are ridiculous overpriced.... Washing 1 pair of socks costs 20k....
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel rooms are nice and large and very comfortable, The breakfast was good and the hotel grounds are exceptional with a really nice swimming pool, restaurants and shops are available on the high street, I would return to this hotel as it is like a little oasis.
Cons: The beach was disappointing at this location

Pros: The beach here was mega, the staff very helpful and friendly. We were there in the low season so pretty much had the place to ourselves.
Cons: The air conditioning was fine but we would have preferred it if it was cooler
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Private access to the beach Bed is very comfortable Room is clean and provides needed amenities Breakfast is good
Cons: Price is a bit high The resort is not very close to the main attractions but drivable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our villa is awesome, just a stone throw to the pristine beach. The pool is also beautiful. The best thing is the superbly big toilet. The outdoor toilet is so unique and also the bathtub- which looks like a mini pool. Love it to the max ;))
Cons: Nil
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The resort is quite lavish and opposite a great beach. The staff are very friendly and courteous, the rooms very clean and spacious and the pool was amazing. I would go back anytime.
Cons: The restaurant menu could be refreshed and a bit more diversity..It was good but the menu items lacked good food ‘personality’. Some parts of the resort are outdated and need to be upgraded.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort was fantastic, pictures online do it no justice. The resort is well maintained, right on the beach and in a peaceful location, great after your travels through Vietnam. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, the room was spacious.
Cons: The staff at reception were not very friendly. Only provided minimum information.
6.3 Good
Pros: We appreciated the rooms and the cleanliness, beds are confortable ; we had a good sleep. The resort is not too big and we came at low season so not crowdy. Weather was awesome.
Cons: At check in, we were been told to leave our passports at reception to be able to sign on the room our consumptions .... Never heard that in my travelling life ! When I complained, reception staff mentioned Hotel Policy and I requested to see the text which they were not able to provide... anyway I will pay for my drinks and food like everytime.... and we limited our spents as the food is really so so ... Cheeseburger & fries was the most acceptable ... we preferred to go to the restaurant opposite the hotel (as many guests) : flavors are almost there at reasonable price. Finally, don't expect activities for kids, there is nothing for them.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location, the beach line was just 3 min away from our room. The beach was very clean and there is also kite-surfing school in the neighborhood!! Near the hotel there is a motorbike rental station and grocery stores. Our room was big and clean, with a balcony.
Cons: One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was that we read very positive reviews about breakfast. But in our case it was a big disappointment!! First of all, the breakfast time is 7-9:45 am. Very strange time range. Why not 10 or 11am? Second - there was a lot of food , but none of the food seemed attractive to eat it. For example: dragon fruits were small and not sweet if you compare them with the ones from the market. The coffee was of a very bad quality and obviously already with sugar. The omelette was cooked on butter, not on oil. There was only white bread. No fresh juices. Strange yogurts. Not all the staff could speak good English, and also not all of them were friendly. The room cleaners didn’t understand us when we asked them to come later.

Pros: Large compound with two large pools and Bach access to a private area. A couple of staff were very attentive. Reasonable drink prices!
Cons: While staff are generally welcoming, some seemed overwhelmed which led to waits at the restaurant and reception. In my view, Management should look into this and offer enhanced training. Food is ok, however a little „boring“ for Vietnam and it’s rich spices. BBQ very good nevertheless.
6.0 Good
Pros: The best (and sadly the only) thing about Mui Ne Resort is the two swimming pools. Both are a great size and set in picturesque gardens. Pool towels are available and the beach has a lifeguard and is cleared of debris. We were there over New Year and there were not enough beds for guests....advise that if you are planning to spend the day by the pool that you may want to reserve some beds as you head to breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. They are cleaned to a very good standard each day and clean towels are replenished.
Cons: The experience is certainly not 4 star as billed by the resort - staff seem overwhelmed and there is a lack of organisation. Common areas were not cleaned frequently - an empty bottle of Johnny Walker, glasses, coffee cups and coconut shells sat by the pool for over a day. We asked x2 members of staff to clear the area once they had been left continuously overnight. The breakfast buffet is pretty savage. There is an air of scarcity of tables and food leading to many guests loading up on items....almost as if they are stockpiling for the day. The quality of food is below standard. Dishes are very overpriced and as there are few alternatives nearby there really is not much choice. (Top tip - take a taxi to the Dong Vui Food Market where you can find amazing quality Indian food, Thai, Vietnamese, Vegetarian along with Pizza and Pasta dishes at very reasonable rates). An example of the price differentials....Pizza at Dong Vui D70K, same size pizza at hotel 370K. Despite huge efforts by the resort to create a special New Year's event - stage, lighting, performing artists, buffet bbq's.....the delivery was terrible. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and could not understand how to respond to requests such as '2 coca cola's please'. Though there was an impressive display of seafood and bbq meats on show the queues to reach the food then wait to have the items cooked on small bbq's were so long that our family resorted to eating cold plain spaghetti, cheese, bread and mini donughts. Not that we were drinking, but the hotel ran out of white wine very early on and though we felt sorry for staff bearing the brunt of customer complaints, at £60 per head for additional adult you could fully understand why guests were unhappy. Lastly, at c£150.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located at a quiet part of Mui Ne that is right next to the beach. The food served in the hotel was actually quite tasty. I don’t mind having all three meals there. I stayed at a bungalow and while the bathroom lights are quite dim and little insects flying in every now and then, that can’t be helped since we are living in nature. The swimming pools are fantastic and the staff provided great service as well. The beds were comfortable and I love the thick pillows. Special mention to Anh, who has been very friendly and hospitable. She gave us a lot of tips on where to go, explore, eat etc. She even offered us to add her contact to our WhatsApp so that we can reach out to her for help if we need any (of which we did). We have benefitted much from her great service, which definitely made the Mui Ne experience much more comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much Anh!
Cons: The bathroom lights are a bit too dim but it might suit some other people or couples. Other than that, I have zero complains. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I am in Mui Ne.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 1000% the Best Resort with the Most friendly Stuff. Ultra clean rooms and always a Really Good Smell in the rooms. Free Coffe and cake after lunch, beautiful resort and an extraordinarily breakfast. You will defiantly forget everything around you. Btw: best thai Massage we got. It’s perfect there and definitely worth it. And I’m an anti Resort travel backpack girl, which loves hostels af:)
Cons: Dislikes ? Not an all-in resort ! We could have stayed there for one month ..
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - big resort with many activities - nice family rooms - helpful and professional staff, excellent service at the restaurant, - huge pools and nice beach (be ware of the sandfly). There are some trashes on Vietnamese beaches but they try to maintain it as clean as possible) - good spot for kitesurfing, there is a shop at 5 mn which can rent a gear for 50 usd / half day. Although the sea is high and we get close to the buildings. Not really for beginners in my opinion, - we had a wonderful and memorable Christmas dinner
Cons: - remote place but they can call cabs easily and there is one free shuttle in the day and some bike (only one or two, could be more) - restaurant little bit costly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed at many resorts in Phan Thiet-Mui Ne, but this would be my most recommended for family/couple/company outing. Muine Bay Resort is a very nice accomodation with affordable price, clean room, nice view, beautiful beach, has very friendly and helpful staffs. Definitely come back here next time. Tam Ngo

Pros: We had a great time and extended our stay by a 4th night. Our bungalow was very luxurious, close to the beach, and very quiet. The breakfast each morning was awesome, with a lot of choice including pho, western foods, and other Vietnamese dishes. We’ll definitely be back.
Cons: The place was kinda far from town but the bus service was great (we didn’t know about it until our last day).

Pros: I liked the location and the place was neat and all. The staffs were mostly nice and helpful also. One thing I loved the place was that it was quiet and relaxing. We very much enjoyed out stay overall.
Cons: If I must say, I would say the food and drinks. We ate at the restaurant/cafe, ordered room services and all, but every time, we wished it could have been better. Also with the drinks too, it was decent enough when we drank at the cafes by each pool, but when we ordered at the bar place (lounge) near the reception desk, it was honestly not so pleasant. Other than that, I want to mention that my companion and I very much enjoyed the stay, but the food was not so enjoyable, to be very honest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beachfront property with swimming pool and beach access. On site cooking class is excellent.
Cons: Poor Massage facility. One big room with three beds separated by compartment only. Mixed men and women massager work together in the big room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff, especially at the reception, wonderful place, nice pool area, shuttle services to local highlights included, nice beach area, breakfast
Cons: Beach with lot of rubbish, SPA team too small and not motivated.

Pros: Gorgeous property. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Beautiful garden surroundings and pools. Resort is on the beach with friendly staff.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff are friendly, the food is great, the band they have playing almost every night are fantastic. The pool and beach are lovely.
Cons: They have some construction going on that was a little noisy, but the half price spa and massages, I think, make up for it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: 1. Close proximity to the beach - clean, lifeguard ensured safety of guests, plenty of deck chairs under huts, lovely to have swings and hammocks on the beach 2. Good variety of food and drinks for buffet breakfast from day to day 3. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful 4. Loved the sprawling greenery everywhere on the resort and both swimming pools were of good size 5. Complimentary shuttle services into Ham Tien and the insightful walking tour of the fishing village
Cons: 1. Lighting in the ensuite bathroom of the family suite was too dim especially over the vanity mirror 2. Stir-fried dishes offered during buffet breakfast (fried noodles and rice) were a tad bland on its own in contrast to the soup noodles which were very delicious 3. Disappointed that our massage sessions on 2 separate occasions were shortchanged in terms of the time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet breakfast and the setting was fabulous. The room we had was comfortable and we had a great view. The free shuttles offered by the resort were good however given the remote location, the timetable could be improved as you feel rushed to catch the shuttle back to the resort. Facilities were great.

Pros: Welcoming on the reception was exceptional. We were meeting nice people from the very beginning. Rooms were clean and fully equiped with all we needed. Minibar contained soft drinks as well as local and International beers. You get clean beach towels everyday in the room . with no deposit, no exchange cards. There were a sufficient number of sun-beds around both swimming pools as well as on the beach. We attended 2 cooking classes. It was very nice and funny. SPA massage is unique opportunity to relax. Definitely worth to try and highly recommend not to miss this opportunity,. It gives you nice luxurious feeling of treatment. Breakfast served with plenty of variety for all European and Asian customers. We also took the chance to purchase BBQ dinner which was great. All the food we tried was very delicious. Overall experience great. All my request were handled with speed and urgency. My family and I felt like being the most important customer in this hotel. Special thanks to Huong from Reception/Customer care being so professional. You're dong great job!
Cons: Among all the great experience from The Cliff Resort is embarrassing to write what we didn't like. However. it might be a matter of preference but we had a WiFi access point right behind the bed on the level of our heads. I am paranoid to have that stuff so close to my head. Don't expect to to find out whether the food is gluten free or kosher. The food dietary specification is not available. Not at the level which gives you real confidence your celiac kid will not get contaminated by the flour/wheat any possible way
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It’s a proper beach resort with many activities for both old and young. Breakfast was great with many options. Enjoyed the bicycles with the family. Nice size pool. Lovely free high tea daily.
Cons: Not much.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice landscape design.
Cons: Resort beach is suitable just for surfing. Simple room design.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was huge and everything was clean. Very big pool, gorgeous beach, outstanding breakfast variety. If you are going to Mui Ne district stay here and everything will be perfect and served.
Cons: The only thing what is negative is the Mui Ne region itself. Beacause it is like Russian tourists paradise there are A LOT of them, even the restaurant names are translated to Russian language which for me was very strange and unatural. So you are not feeling like you visiting Vietnam. Nothing local is left there except the Vietnamese residents who are very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant - one day we ordered chicken, and they brought it whole - bones and all, tasty, but we struggled, next time they brought just breasts, still very tasty, but less drama, I'm impressed how they picked up on that and improved instantly Spa - 10/10 I went back to this hotel because of the spa Seaview in our room was perfect Definitely will recommend, and if I return to Vietnam, I'll try to go to Cliff again Great job, guys!!!
Cons: The shuttle service - we came to reception at 16.00, shuttle is supposed to leave at 16.15, we were told we need to book in advance. Restaurant is overpriced compared to the prices at the village, but overall good, if they dropped prices, I think more people will come.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the chill vibe about the place. There is a sandy garden full of hammocks and palm trees (just beware of the ants on the hammocks, you’re outside after all) to chill on during the day. The friendly staff helped us with organizing a trip to the sand dunes which was run by another member of the family. Would recommend this trip as it supports the hotel rather than the tourist agencies. And getting a private Jeep to the locations meant we got there before the coach loads of tourists (we went on the sunrise tour). The beach is about a 15min walk away because the closer beach has disappeared due to erosion. The ban mi place right outside is good for breakfast and try Choi Oi (3mins walk away) for lunch, you won’t regret it. The room itself was quiet clean and spacious. Couldn’t ask for more really. As it was sunny, the solar powered shower water worked and was hot all the time.
7.9 Good
Pros: It’s very peaceful, which we really liked. The rooms are set in small houses around a pretty courtyard (clean sand, hammocks and palm trees low to the ground). The whole place is very clean, they provide towels, and there’s a minibar at your disposal. There are shops and restaurants around the place on both sides of the road.
Cons: It’s a bit hard to find, it’s set in a small alley right opposite Sunshine Resort and next to Kim clothing shop. It’s quite a distance from backpacker orientated hostels and restaurants so if you’re into budget eating, you won’t have much choice but to eat in restaurants that are mostly orientated towards the cosmopolitan bunch (Korean and Russian tourists). We found the bed a bit hard, but overall it’s not a bad stay at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice enough place to stay, communal areas are good and the staff are friendly
Cons: Mui Ne itself we didn’t think was great - there’s no real beach or beauty to the town. Also watch your cash and belongings
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel room is comfortable enough. The staff member is very kind. Location is good for sightseeing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything, this beats the super modern hotel I am in at present!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was helpful and reliable. The room was clean, essential but with everything you need. The garden is really nice.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is great, everything is in walking distance, there is 24/7 supermarket across the road, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and bus station. The garden is great, very quiet and beautiful, lots of hammock and it is the shadow all day long. The staff is amazing. And speak English.
Cons: The rooms definitely need renovation. Everything is well maintained. But really outdated :) And it is very very dark. The garden is in the shadow. So the daylight can go through a tiny window in bathroom. M

Pros: Location.. gardens.. rooms.. staff all were very good and pleasant
Cons: The restaurant was not full up to standard of what you would expext of a 4 star...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in villa, beds can be better, specially pillows ...! Ventilation did not worked correctly. But probably one of the best seaside resorts in this area ...! Staff very friendly and good tennis court !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We were very kindly upgraded to garden view bungalow which was very comfortable for our family of 5. The property was very busy on Sunday morning, but the breakfast was plenty and very well managed. This was our 3rd visit to Seahorse and we will definitely be going back.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, good location at central of Mui Ne with access to many local restaurants, pharmacy and mini-marts. The service was exceptional! They start your stay with a fresh cup of fruit juice at soon as you step out of your transportation; which give you a welcoming vibe. Check in process was a breeze! A doorman carry your luggage to your room and give you a brief explanation of the facilities and benefits. Beach is super clean and beautiful. Breakfast was so so.
Cons: Unfortunately, due to the greeneries surround ing the facilities, it filled with mosquitoes, which “bug” the heck out if my wife. As mention above, breakfast buffet was so so. The menu has many options from asian to western selections. However, the quality of the food is mediocre at best.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, the staffs did their best with many guests coming in.
Cons: Noise from neighbor houses/facilities, like loud karaoke till 11 PM. Not very soundproof.

Pros: The territory of the hotel, location, everything is perfect

Pros: The staff is very nice, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable.
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast is excellent! Room with sea view is great!
Cons: From room to elevator should have more signs on the walkway because one floor is very long and easy to get lose or confuse. The staff at the reception should be able to speak and understand more English.
6.3 Good
Pros: The pools were nice however bear in mind they close at 6pm.
Cons: We were bearly acknowledged at the reception. The check in was at 6pm, we waited half an hour to be allocated a room. No smile, no explanation about activities and amenities. The food is average, was not expected that from a 5 star hotel. I really do not recommend this place as it does not meet the 5 star expectations.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The whole stay was amazing for 2 friends who are looking for a break from city bustling life. The breakfast was fantastic and it is served as an individual course meal. The staff members are great too and they react quickly to our requests. Special thanks to Truc from the reception and Truc from the restaurant for assisting us during our stay! The beach and sundeck chairs were sufficient as we had stayed on the property during an offpeak season. So it was the perfect holiday break. We really wished we could stay more! If you are looking for a quiet and cozy resort, this is the place for you! There are also many food options beside the hotel restautants.
Cons: Service can be better improved. The room facilities such as fan, light and sliding doors should be checked before a guest checked in. We had some issues when we first checked in and during our stay. The toilet curtains will create a gap, but the issue can be solved by slotting both curtains into the handle to close the gap. And misrepresentation of having Netflix, the resort does not have Netflix subscription but more of a collection of downloaded movies. Glad to have a laptop with you and you can use their HDMI cable to plug into the TV. Credit card issue - please bring along the credit card you booked with as they needed it to verify and sign. otherwise, they will make you charge on another credit card present with you. It has been two weeks and the amount charged to my first credit card isn't refunded yet. So just take note! Lastly, allocation of guests. During our last night at the resort, a family with babies below 3 had checked into the room next to us. We werent able to nap in the afternoon peacefully after our sunrise tour due to the cries and the noises next door. Future room allocation should be taken with consideration despite stating in my request to have a quiet room or corner.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the cottage with jaccuzzi splash pool which was fantastic. Everything was perfect except for the check-in. The reception we got was not matching the ambience of the place. A bit more effort to make people welcome would do good!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, direct access to the sea, gorgeous pools, exceptional restaurant in the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: View was awesome. breakfast was great. Pool was good to swim.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic resort - so many good things here. Two pools to choose from. Excellent sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, with two outdoor showers and a foot bath. The restaurant serves delicious food with a top quality Thai menu, as well as fresh Vietnamese and western options. A good range of drinks served by the pool. The beach was clean and the water was wonderful. Service from staff was generally excellent (Ms Truc was our evening waitress and was very friendly). The view from the pool access room was great.
Cons: This area has a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel sprays the garden most days and the rooms every couple of days. We asked for extra bug spray to kill some in our room too.

Pros: Everything was amazing! Restaurant, location, pool, beach, breakfast and the bungalows... it was a fantastic weekend and highly recommendable for a relaxing get-away!

Pros: We had a good time in this resort and we love the room and the restaurant. The bed is comfortable and the pool is clean. It’s a little distance from Main Street but we find everything we need in the resort.
Cons: Our experience with the hotel massage was a nightmare. My mom and I took the 60 minutes full body massage, the towels on the massage chair is really dirty, it’s white but turning grey, and the towels covered on our body are dirty as well which makes me feel itch. The two massagists were keeping talking for the entire 60 mins which was really annoying. My massagist were wearing ring to do the massage, is it professional? ?? This is the worst massage I’ve ever experienced in the world. Don’t let their service damage your resort business and japerdise your reputation.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location, beach and pool. Excellent service, very friendly staff
7.0 Good
Pros: Layout. Beautiful gardens. Location. Swimming pool. Large room with surrounding balcony.
Cons: A bit tired. Isolated from restaurants.

Pros: Clean, access to the beach, big room
Cons: Everything ok

Pros: - Staffs in the reception, in the restaurant and bar were really friendly and responsive. - Room was also big and had a great ocean view. - Location is quite far from Boke street but I liked it because it’s quiet :) - Pool was big enough
Cons: - Air conditioner is not really strong (it was not a big deal for us because the weather was not so hot. But if you plan to visit here in the hottest season, it could be a problem) - The resort is quite far from the Boke street so you may have to pay a bit more when you take a taxi. - Frogs are singing every night and it was scary to me

Pros: Room condition was very clean, and breakfast was nice. The private beach and swimming pool was great. The receptionist was very kind and very helpful. I strongly recommend this resort for family vacation.

Pros: The hotel decoration is quite old style, the view is very beautiful. The pool and the beach is just so tranquilla
Cons: Slightly far from the center so it takes some time to arrive to restaurants.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good boss, good location.
Cons: Bad service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fruits in the room. Very clean. Amazing scenery, beautiful big and very clean beach! Big pool, good for swimming.
Cons: - All drinks and meals + 15% fee (10% taxes + 5% service). HappyHour and Special Offers do look more convenient than they really are. I would prefer honest prices in the menus. - breakfast quiet big but bad selection for coffee lovers. - secluded location awesome for relaxing, unfortunately no other possibilities to buy anything outside the hotel without taking a 20 minutes walk or taxi - wild cats around the restaurant ("problem" of the entire coast)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great - you can easily get to the Mui Ne by a taxi. The breakfast selection was good, during our stay we had a problem with the air conditioning - it was fixed promptly. Friendly staff and very nice and clean beach.
Cons: I would appreciate if the bed was a bit softer, but maybe it was just me :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Immaculate room with balcolny, huge comfortable beds, quiet, no noise from neighbouring properties. Beautiful de salinated pool with white parasols and sunloungers. Absolute bliss. One of the nicest pools we have ever enjoyed.
Cons: The 5 m band of brown sludge along the beach- otherwise pristine and clean, emanating from the hotel's sluice pipe half hidden in in the rocks. Gross and hideous

Pros: Everything is clean!
Cons: The room' lights are quite dark! Should be brighter!

Cons: The air conditioning was fine but we would have preferred it if it was cooler

Pros: Private access to the beach Bed is very comfortable Room is clean and provides needed amenities Breakfast is good
Cons: Price is a bit high The resort is not very close to the main attractions but drivable

Pros: Buffett lunch is mostly western food, very few Vietnamese food very boring and blant. By the way, the woman cooking eggs out side was picking the food in her mouth when no body look at her. The building needs a paint job, and do the path lights. Looks good on the picture but when u get there it's like 20 years older than what u expect. Garbage on the beach, and the staff font clean them up, have some one rake the sand so they look beautiful please. This place trying to look like a Caribbean resort but so much lack behind. They have there own restaurant across the street, but nobody goes too, they when to this lady like 10 houses down the road, and when busy she's slow. Food is kind da expensive around here and so is in Phan Thiet center. Recommendation is go to Nha Trang, much better
