Opened in 2006, the Royal Seasons Hotel Taipei is in the bustling Western district, a 5-minute walk from the NingXia Night Market and the shops of Dihua Street. An MRT station is about 10 minutes by foot.
Better than expectedPros: Spacious and comfy. Good value for money.
A good hotel that gets the job done but not top-noPros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big.Cons: The room had some flaws, e.g. a cigarette burn in a chair, a hole in the floor, scuff marks on the furniture, a dingy-looking bathtub mat, etc. Everything's functional, but the appearance leaves a bit to be desired. I'd say it's pushing it to call this a 4-star hotel. Maybe more like 3-stars.
Great hotelPros: I really enjoyed the beauty of the hotel. Everything was very nice and the staff was excellent. I was surprised by the low price considering my pleasent stay. I was very satisfied.Cons: The breakfast was good but could have been better. Slight mold around the tub and shower. The walls were thin so I could hear the people a room over very clearly.
