The vehicle was not ready at pick-up even though I was one hour late. There are hidden costs whereby they charge you per km driven on top of daily rental - uncommon in most countries, but may be normal in Taiwan. The car had lots of cosmetic damage - not only scratches, but also small dents. About 60k km old. Very friendly staff - they were doing the best they could with bad cars and procedures.
