It is very comfortable stay. Subway is super close, hotel is super clean and all supplement is ready for you. The service is 5 star. I really love this hotel very much.
Close to two train lines. Clean facility. Staff spoke fair English. Close to Tokyo station for bullet train. 7-11 next door has excellent coffee. Close to a food street and grocery stores. Heated toilet seat with perineal shower.
Room tiny by western standards but manageable. 14 square yards. About 100 squarre feet.
Personnel was very polite and helpful Hotel itself is close to metro station and very close to Ginza area
The room is very small, for the price I payed I would expect the room to be bigger
I like the location
I understand the 'normal' size of the bed in Japan, however, I beg you to differ in Hotel basis.
The location was pretty good for us because we are a large family looking for anything that wasn't completely cramped and crowded in hectic Tokyo city. It was quiet, but still surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants and 24 hour convenient store. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning. It was simple, but enough to satisfy our needs. Coffee (the instant variety) was surprisingly good. The bathtub was pretty good too; the tub was deep and the water pressure was strong despite us being on one of the top floors.
Like most local hotels in Japan, the rooms are very cramped. If you're looking for a tad more space, you have to go for rooms with 2 single beds, which cost just a little more. The rooms are so small that I feel house-keeping probably have trouble cleaning thoroughly too, i.e. I found old garbage under our bed. Some bathroom amenities were not replaced on a daily basis. The TV programs were also very limited; there were no international channels or news.
