Located in the city center. Hotel building is famous for it's designer: Alvar Aalto.
Minimal furniture, television at ceiling height over the wardrobe unit!Pros: I liked the central location, had mini fridge and microwave.Cons: Not for single female travelers or travelers outside Finland. NO FRONT DESK! No phone in the room for emergency. I did not have cell phone access in Finland - impossible to get the code to enter hotel - my room without it.
The door code and no staff should be stated in bold. We would not of stayed there if we new the problems we would have!Pros: The room we booked could sleep 3 people.Cons: We did not like that the hotel had no staff. We were traveling with limited wifi since coming from the U.S. and did not receive code for doors. We had to call for help to get codes and that was difficult. Also, parking was a problem. Elevator was dirty.
