Pros (+) On a cross country road trip with my kids. I booked around me and it ended up being an hour in the other direction. They would not move is to a closer hotel or refund.
Cons (-) Very shady people hanging outside smoking and drinking. Called the front desks twice and no one did anything. The door lock would not work and the safety latch was broken off. The Ac was not blowing cold air and was very loud. The beds were unconfertalbe and the pillows where the smallest work out things ever. The tv only got 2 channels one was a local advertising and the other was not clear
Pros (+) Comfortable room, bottom floor. Heat was ON when we got in...thank you!!! Temperature outside= -5.... The room was clean, bathroom was clean, it was quiet all night.
Pros (+) Room was very nice,clean and neat. Employee was very nice at check-in,fixing a mistake I had made with booking
