Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and many found the location convenient for public transport and nearby amenities. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, malfunctioning TVs, and the lack of an elevator, which made access difficult for some. Overall, the service and location stood out as positives, but maintenance and facilities could be improved.
