The location was perfect for sightseeing. The wharf is around the corner. All the typical attractions of DC are within walking distance.
Coffee bar was not stocked and it was in the lobby. I really want coffee in my room. It is something I look for in a hotel.
Superb staff. Especially adham in the club room but everyone was exceptional
The hotel is fantastic. Wow, Just Wow!
it's expensive, but if you can get a deal like we did (three nights for two), it's a steal.
Quality of building / room / staff
Blocked toilet - wouldn’t flush and fire alarm evacuation. Distance (could walk out in evening) to restaurants and shops.
The spa, and the food. The main restaurant is not comfortable, there are not enough places in the lobby bar so it not possible to eat anything after 2:30 pm
