Cons (-) The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows. Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use.
