The room was very nice, ample parking
A bit far away from local convenience stores. Staff was not very friendly but interaction with them was minimal so no big deal.
The person that checked us in was kind of short at first. The boyfriend was asking about breakfast and the pool. I told him to stop asking it was not open and ne breakfast. Then the front desk guy started laughing. You see I have been in the industry for 4 years now and it made my whole day when I got the front desk guy to laugh.
When I got in it was late and the room had all the lights off. If I could give on suggestion is that when the room is all clean and has been inspected you might leave one light on
I did not like anything.
The staff were extremely rude and not helpful. I received an email stating that I could check in between 1pm-2pm. When I arrived the staff member told me that I could not check in until 3pm because the rooms needed to be cleaned. I told her that I had received an email and had printed it out stating that I could check in at 1pm. She said "well I don't know who sent you an email and you can't". We had just arrived to Colorado and had nowhere to go until they permitted us to check in. We had to sit outside in the parking lot for 2 hours. There were no cars and no other guests at the hotel and I find it hard to believe that there were no rooms available. Also, the pool and the free breakfast was closed due to COVID. One of the reasons I booked that hotel was so the kids could swim. I understand that the pool being closed was not their fault but it should have been posted on the website when I booked the room that the pool was closed. I also believe that some sort of accommodation should have been in place to at least offer us breakfast in a different format.
Everything else was fine.
The smell from the ac was sour from time to time.
Hotel was average
Breakfast was not included only reason I rented the room
